Originally from Europe, Baby Welcome is an innovative marketing communication system reaching new families at the right moment, at the right place and through the right people. Since 2006, we have rolled out our service in 13 cities all over China. Our clients consist of prestigious multinational companies such as Unilever, Mattel, Ikea, L'Oreal, etc.

This position will be very independent and hands on at the start. The mission is to develop company's client portfolio and to canvass himself various prospects to increase company's turnover.

The vision is to build up enough business within 6 months to set up a sales team and thus move on to more of a managerial/leadership position.

Our ideal candidate will:

- Be fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin, communicative and persuasive

- Have 3+ years experience working at a BTL Marketing/Direct Marketing agency preferably in a client facing and sales role

- Be experienced in marketing campaigns utilizing sampling, direct mail, email, SMS, catalogs, magazines, traditional and digital coupons

- Have a proven track record in business development and meeting sales quotas

- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and unafraid of taking risks and making decisions under uncertain conditions

- Be experienced in FMCG industry
