职位描述
1、要求：
1、女性18-30岁，打字速度快，打字速度60个字/分钟以上。
2、有一年以上淘宝网络销售经验，头脑清晰，思维敏捷，可同时与多人以上进行网上交流，待人热情，有良好的服务意识，工作耐心细致；
3、有良好的人际沟通能力和亲和力，性格开朗，性格温和，脾气好，能够应对和忍受客户刁难。
4、学习能力强，有吃苦耐劳精神，需要热受这份工作，能长期工作。
5、对工作、生活有积极乐观的态度，能主动并较好的完成工作，能承受一定的工作压力；
6、心思细腻，做事极其认真，工作方面很少失误，真正做到脚踏实地。
7、熟悉淘宝（天猫）后台操作，熟悉各项淘宝规则，能独立处理网店日常流程者优先；
8、拥有强烈的工作责任心，优秀的团队合作精神。
职位描述：
1、通过旺旺、电话解答等方式，友好技巧性的解答客户问题，引导客户购买；
2、客户评价管理，妥善处理客户售后及投诉问题，及时处理退换货和问题订单；
3、主动跟踪物流信息，及时处理导常情况；
