职位描述
工作内容：
1、负责广州销售中心的内勤工作（招聘、人事入职离职手续办理、前台、后勤服务）
A 负责人事招聘、入离职手续、社保的办理
B 负责广州销售中心的后勤、行政事务
C 兼职简单出纳工作，协助会计人员进行现金帐务处理。
2、负责销售后勤支持
A 接待客户日常来访，来电等咨询服务，为销售部提供后勤服务。
B 协助业务人员进行订单制作，跟单，样品寄送，并跟进，为销售部提供帮助。
C 处理业务员交给的报表，单椐，文件，资料等。
D 定期对重点客户进行电话回访，帮助业务人员做好客情，主动和客户增进了解，让客户更加信赖公司的产品。
E 协助业务员回收货款，并及时提醒业务员相关货款的回收情况。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历
2、食品、生物、化工相关专业优先
3、2年以上食品行业销售行政、商务助理相关工作经验
4、沟通能力强
5、有责任心、细心
6、计算机操作熟练
