岗位职责:

- Develop and implement HSE policy and process to ensure that all company and client Health, Safety & Environmental procedures are adhered to on company and client sites
- 制定和实施HSE政策与流程，确保公司和客户的所有HSE规程都能在公司和客户的工作场所公示
- Follow up the daily HSE management work, such as Site Inspections, perform and document regular safety meetings with all staff
- 跟踪日常HSE管理工作，包括现场检查，与所有员工召开定期的安全会议
- Provide HSE advice to site personnel
- 向现场人员提供HSE建议
- Carry out internal QHSE auditing in accordance with relevant standards, specifications, policies and procedures
根据相关标准、规格、政策和流程实施内部QHSE审查
- Collate and review accident/incident reports to provide acceptable corrective actions, resolution of HSE problems and preventative measures
- 核对和复核事故报告，并提供可行的改正措施、HSE问题解决方案和预防性措施
- Review changes to HSE legislation and propose and implement necessary changes to the companies system.
- 审核HSE规程的变更，并对公司制度进行必要的修改
- Investigate Accident and Incident
- 调查事故和事件

任职资格:

-Bachelor degree and above;
- 本科及以上学历；
-Minimum 5 years experience in oil industry with 3+ years experience in HSE management; previous work experience with an international company is preferred
- 最低5年石油行业工作经历并有3年以上HSE管理经验，有国际公司工作经历者优先；
-good knowledge and experience of HSE standards in the international market
- 对国际HSE标准具有良好知识认知和经验
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 良好的英文口语和书面沟通交流能力
-Working location in Beijing, China
