职位描述
Job Responsibility:
- Follow-up contracts execution, including purchasing, quality control and manufacturing.
- Coordinate and push all related departments to achieve on time delivery.
- Attend meetings for projects with customers, to clarify all the business and technical issues.
- Control changes related with cost and quality, both on business and technical.
- Organize internal meetings to launch / review and control projects.
- Establish strong relationship with customers and function as the window to customer from contract signature until delivery.
- Control documentation delivery with document engineer, during the whole process
- Follow and push payments from customers with sales colleagues.
- Attend witness tests with customers.
-- Analyze on-going / finished projects to help improving company performance.
- Gather and analyze information from customers to help increasing future customer-satisfaction.
requirements:
- Above 3 years experience of projects management or contract execution.
- Teamwork spirit and pressure handling.
- Good communication skill
- High level analytical and strategic planning skill.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Bachelor degree or above / Engineering related major with be preferred
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems& Good usage of MS office applications.
- Work experience in a foreign company is an advantage.
