Primary Responsibilities / 主要职责 :
-Define the process of material planning (MRP) working cycle and standardize the SOP
-Build up mechanisms to deal with different material requirements priorities
-Material planning for direct-buy-materials (for in-house production & direct sales)
-Define the inventory strategy for direct-buy-materials
-Define PFEP (plan for every part, ie every supply chain attributes such as MRP parameters, replenishment mode, physical handling, etc ) for direct-buy-materials
-Conduct MRP process for direct-buy-materials
-Ensure the material availability for in-house production requirement and direct sales requirement
-Sustain inventory turn of direct-buy-materials at healthy level
-PO creation, release and follow up. Expedite and de-expedite from suppliers
-Ensure the ERP reflect the real business situation in material planning area
-Supplier performance management, initiate supplier base optimization
-Coordinate supplier collaboration fix exceptions - incl. supplier delivery issues, quality/inspection issues, etc
Goals:
-Direct-buy-materials' availability
-Direct-buy-materials customer back order volume and aging
-Ensure MRP process and results correct
-Direct-buy-materials inventory turn
-SDP - Supplier delivery performance-

Qualifications Required / 基本要求 :
a. Education / 教育程度
Bachelor degree in logistics or business administration

b. Working experience / 工作经验
Minimum 5 years’ experience in master scheduling, production planning, procurement etc.
-
c. Specific knowledge / 专门知识
-Have solid knowledge on supply chain, esp. MRP process and have logical mindset.
-Be skillful in computer application such as MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, etc.-

d. Language skills / 语言能力
-Fluent in English expression and comprehension

-Preferred the candidates trained by ILT (Institute of Logistics and Transportation, UK) or APICS-
