职位描述
tasks任务:
1、oversee that quality procedures established by h&m cameron are followed
确保盐城高中压阀门厂（以下简称h&m）以及cameron在h&m编制的质量程序得以实施遵循；
2、coordinate material foundries, disc seal manufacturers, h&m
协调铸钢厂的材料，阀座密封的供应商以及h&m的材料等；
3、main contact for cameron product engineering product management
cameron 的产品工程师以及产品管理的主要联系人；
4、insure that h&m has necessary facilities, personnel, leadership to build the tov
确保h&m有足够的产能，人员以及领导人来完成三偏心蝶阀的订单
5、examine documents, materials, or products monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, conformance to stards specifications.
检查文件，材料或者产品，并且监控工作过程来评估完成日期，准确度以及是否符合标准和规范的要求.
6、distribute production schedules to cameron
将生产进度表分发给cameron
7、revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions
有需要的时候修正生产进度表，比如受设计更改，人手变化或者材料短缺，在手清单或者其它原因等影响
8、record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, or quality control measures
记录生产数据，包括生产量，原材料的消耗，或者质量控制点等
9、arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials meet production schedules
安排生产，组装，或者与配件供应商协调材料的来源，确保按照生产进度执行
requirements:
职位要求：
knowledge of the manufacturing process ( machining, assembly, testing)
熟悉生产制造流程（加工，组装，试压）
engineering quality background desired
有技术、质量工作经验
must be able to underst quality plans, materials specs, ncr’s
理解质量计划，材料规范以及不合格报告
must have understing of machine drawings
能理解加工图纸
must be able to read write in english
有英文听说读写能力
degree in mechanical engineering or production engineering or manufacturing technology.

fully proficient with microsoft office suite of programs.
熟练掌握microsoft office
knowledge of mrp software an advantage (for example, sap, oracle)
熟悉mrp系统的优先（如sap，oracle）
autodesk inventor knowledge would be beneficial.

knowledge of quality management systems (for example iso 9001) would be beneficial.
