Intern for Continuous Improvement
As a Continuous Improvement Intern in our Fragrance Division at Givaudan’s Shanghai of-fice, you will be trained in Business Process Improvement methodologies and will be given an opportunity to practice this in real life projects. You will report to Regional Continuous Improvement Leader-APAC and your main responsibilities will be:

Key Responsibilities/tasks:

1.Work with the team to support on Business Process Mapping and identify gaps/improvement opportunities.
2.Support the project/program team to perform data collection and analysis.
3.Brainstorm and ideate involving cross-functional team to improve the Business Processes.
4.Involve cross-functional team members in the project.
5. Present the recommended solution developed by the team you worked with.
6.Support the testing and validation of the recommended solutions.
7.Track & present the status/actions of the project/program you are assigned in regular perfor-mance reviews.

Qualifications-
1.MBA or BBA with min 3 years working experience in any industry. Process industry preferred.
2.Have experience or have been part of Business Operations Improvement.
3.Proficient with MS Office & working with databases.
