职位描述：
1. 与PML或负责新项目的工程师一起工作，在新的生产线的设计阶段即开始执行精益生产的要求。
2. 持续不断地改善量产生产线的效率： 产出和 TRS 等。
3. 持续不断的推动改善工厂DLP。
4. 对工厂7DB中的备份模式进行管控。
5. 对工厂Capacity Machine 的冷、热启动稳定性的提升。
6. 负责设施的可持续化改进和改善工作。
7. 负责新员工及班长主管的PSE相关内容的培训。
8. 与FES 专员合作执行和改善拉动系统，以及相关的FES审核工作。
9. 与生产部和物流部合作来改善生产制造系统，持续改进生产线平衡，实现生产工艺优化。
1) 定义生产线工时平衡等工艺文件
2) 不断改善生产线平衡，目标90%
3) 优化工艺过程,运用PSE工具提高过程效率.
10. 管理 MIFA 和 MIFD，优化物料供应和现场搬运等
1) 在项目阶段根据PSE的标准设计生产线物料的供应形式
2) 参与物料供应和搬运条件的改善
3) 在进行生产线改进时充分考虑物料供应和搬运的优化
11. 组织快速换模，改善换型时间。
12. 管理工厂layout 的规划及回顾改善工作。
13. 计算和管理改善生产线的线边库存。
14. 推进标准化工作，特别是进行动作研究和时间研究制定出标准的 CT。
15. 每周跟踪各生产线的产能/产出对应于 PDP/PIC/PMT的客户需求并制定出收殓计划及对策。

1. 管理ECR/ECO Management of ECR/ECO
1) 定义ECR工作流程Define the ECR flow procedure
2) ECR提交，登记，评估，批准文档管理ECR submit, register, evaluate, approve document management
3) 执行计划制定，跟踪ECO implement action plan make and track ECO
4) 与物流，生产部门确认切换日期Switch date confirm with logistical and production department
5) 与客户沟通确认客户需求 Communication with the customer and known the customer requirement
6) 准备和提交相关的分析和建议给管理层 Prepare and submit the profitability analysis and proposals to Management if relevant.
7) 制定量产项目风险分析和开展，执行行动计划 Conduct Risk/Opportunity analyses for serial production programs, and develop and implement appropriate action plans.
8) 协调和管理多功能项目团队 (销售, 财务控制, 采购, 质量, 生产, 物流, 研发 & 工艺), 制定成员的责任和目标 Co-ordinate a cross-functional program team (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Production, PC&L, R&D & Manufacturing engineering), and define team members' objectives and assignments.
9) 每周ECR回顾会议，跟踪行动计划，发布新的任务Weekly review the plant ECR, follow the action plan and release the new task
