Responsibilities

1. Monitors and improves shop floor safety, aggressively eliminates unsafe processes;
2. Assures fixtures, tooling and processes are followed to meet production schedules;
3. Determines priorities and sequences jobs;
4. Schedules and prioritizes constrained resources, and adjusts staffing to meet flow and customer requirements;
5. Determines and executes disciplinary action when appropriate;
6. Procures and distributes production material to meet schedules;
7. Increase production efficiency through continuous improvement and waste elimination;
8. Ensures preventive maintenance is performed according to schedule;
9. Implements, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Internal Certification and others; and
10. Evaluates, assess, identifies and leads the deployment of workforce training.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above majored in Engineering or related
• Previous experience in equipment diagnostics, systems integration and maintenance coordination; and
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment; and ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers.
• 5 years experience in Welding/Assembly functions before
