Description:
As a Caterpillar Production System (CPS) Deployment Analyst, you will work directly with leadership and team members to facilitate and coordinate projects to successful completion. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining project schedules and driving these projects to completion. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include:.· Scheduling Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIW) · Ensuring project chedules are accurate, up to date, adhered to, and published appropriately· Creating, maintaining, and distributing facility metrics · Aiding Project Leaders and team members in communicating results appropriately· Keeping the CPS website updated · Collaborating with engineers, managers, logistics, HR, operations, marketing, customers, and suppliers· Collecting data, creating reports, preparing presentations and training material for the CPS group· Maintaining record retention processes and audit trails· Supporting the CPS office employing CPS methodology in manufacturing processing, quality monitoring/improvements, safety and ergonomic improvements, reliability, tracking and improving OEE, product performance/support, and constraint management· Working with CPS tools to drive the elimination of waste and improving metrics
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:· Experience in providing guidance on behaviors, beliefs, written and unwritten rules that affect communications, employee involvement and management styles · Ability to work effectively with all levels of management as well as possess fluent communication skills · Capable of managing multiple projects through the entire development life cycle· Requires 5 years of job related experience
