职位描述：
岗位职责
1、中层管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、制定客户服务规范和制度；
4、设计并优化客户服务各种流程；
5、适当处理服务的故障和客户的投诉，控制客户满意度的的跟踪及分析；
6、全方位优化客户服务质量。

任职资格
1、专科以上学历，有2年以上高档住宅或酒店大堂经理工作经验优先；
2、高度的责任心和客户服务意识，亲和力强，有耐心；
3、较强的组织、计划、控制、协调能力和人际交往能力、应变能力；
4、良好的协调及沟通能力，较强的团队合作意识。 举报 分享
