Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Communicate the demands of internal and external customers to the operation, creating a production plan that can be executed in a sequence defined in accordance with customers' needs.
* Clearly communicate results and expectations of performance to internal suppliers
* Assign priorities to material requirements
* Execute the sales and operation plan effectively and on time
* Manage the customer's needs, informing the areas involved of the needs on time
* Create and release a detailed production plan to the Operations area
* Keep the customer informed about the status of his orders
* Develop and implement the fulfillment plan to ensure customer satisfaction at all points of sale
* Responsible for leading the review boards with Operations, Materials and Direct Material Purchasing

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree or above
* 80% English (write, read and speak)
* Experience in demand planning and inventory management (2-4 years)
* Knowledge of inventory administration systems (MFG-pro)
* Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel
* Excellent communication / negotiation skills
* Work under pressure, results-focused
* Highly organized
* Proactive, self-starter

卡特彼勒路面机械（徐州）有限公司（CPPX），是卡特彼勒独资企业。CPPX于2006年6月开始生产沥青产品。路面冷铣刨机和双钢轮振动压路机目前在新厂生产，该厂于2007年4月投入运营。新厂占地面积超过6,100平方米，位于徐州市金山桥开发区。面向未来，CPPX计划将大型沥青摊铺机和单钢轮振动压路机集中到该徐州装配厂进行生产。新建路面设备厂将有助于路面产品团队关注亚太区客户对高质量产品的需求，做到价格合理、货源充足，同时达到在世界所有市场销售高价值产品的企业目标。

CPPX自2005年起开始生产平地机。卡特彼勒在徐州装配的140H、160H和12H平地机采用了最新技术，为新兴市场的筑路承包商提供产品。
