Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform periodical reconciliation with customer on AR balance
• Make collection calls and follow up outstanding to meet collection targets
• Weekly/Monthly AR aging and collection status update
• Respond to client queries and coordinate with other team members to answer client queries/resolve client dispute within timeline
• Month end closing related AR reports, business analysis reports, Credit analysis, etcAny other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and good interpersonal skills to give strong business partnering support.
• Detail-oriented and team work, positive, work under pressure.
• Results oriented, customer focused
• Proficient in MS office

Education [Degree or equivalent experience]

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting /Finance /Business related.
• At least 5-8 years’ experience with credit and collection functions in China
• Related medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience is highly appreciated.
