职位描述
Responsibilities
· Manage all product pricing based on current costing models to ensure part profitably.
· Achievesales objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements (metrics); allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
· Recruit, organize, train and manage all Sales Staff.
· Lead the Sales Team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
· Develop and manage the Sales Team, through performance review, coaching and instilling a high performance culture that meets our high customer service standards.
· Plan direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
· Maintain regularly scheduled contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
· Ensure all sales targets are met in accordance with annual expectations and budget.
· Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
· Protect Standens intellectual property and ensure Standens position with our customers is strengthened.
· Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
· Forecast territory requirements.
· Address customer complaints and act as a liaison between customers and the manufacturing facility.
· Maintain territory customer data files, accurate pricing records, salesactivity reports and notify management of any customer personnel changes and industry updates.
· Establish and maintain best practices standards by developing and implementing standard operating procedures and KPI's.
· Responsible for the proper care and maintenance of all company property.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional organizations.
Adhere to all company policies & procedures (Operational, Environmental & Health and Safety).
Skill/Effort Requirements
· Commitment to a safe work environment with high professional & ethical standards.
· Fluent in the English language, both verbal and written.
· Knowledge of the China truck and trailer market.
· Previous experience selling products to the truck, trailer and automotive industries.
· Highly motivated, takes initiative and has outstanding communication skills and an entrepreneurial min d-set.
· Proven leadership ability to create and drive Sales Teams.
· Experience in manufacturing, assembly, auto parts; background in metal- working / metallurgy preferred.
· Understanding of product manufacturing processes and customer end-use (Leaf Springs & U-Bolts).
· Experienced in managing third party sales & OEM customers.
· Knowledge of sales, marketing and accounting/budgeting principles.
· Computer literate; proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
