Your Technical and project management skills will provide you the opportunity to have significant impact on the success of 6 Sigma which will result in improvements in the company’s ability to meet customer expectations, improve quality, reduce cycle times, reduce cost and increase profits.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to;

• Leading moderately complex projects to improve critical business processes within the MWL Engineering and manufacturing scope, that drive Quality and process improvement for Engineering teams customers.
• Training and leading project team members
• Identifying opportunities, and launching project teams, using good project management to manage team activities, leading teams to execute projects, tracking project status and results, removing and elevating project barriers, and developing team members.
• Working with global, cross functional teams to deliver maximum benefits to Caterpillar.
• Managing the development and maintenance of methods and systems for measuring the degree to which the project goals, objectives and metrics are being met
• Communicating progress of projects with appropriate leadership and teams
• Managing risk and ambiguity on a project while driving results through change
