职位描述：
Responsibility:
Overall, the main responsibility of the role is to support the category manager and the Global Procurement manager in the daily execution related to new items. This is done by taking care of the following tasks:
? Direct new item demand to the right suppliers, and retrieve relevant procurement master data to key into ERP (INFOR) system
? Maintain procurement master data (price, MOQ, lead times, price breaks etc.) in ERP system (INFOR)
? Manage timely execution of ECN’s and fast track requests (new items), and ensure high communication level to relevant stakeholders of progress in the execution and highlight obstacles in timely execution
? Assist in expediting activities when required towards the external suppliers

Furthermore, there are also supporting tasks required in the area of cost optimization:
? Prepare and distribute category and/or supplier performance reports to the respective category managers
? Make spend / control / category analysis to...
Highlight potential saving opportunities
Identify areas with high potential or impact of payment terms improvement
Prepare RFQ packages
? Support the category manager’s negotiations by analyzing and documenting spend / price development, commodity cost development, benchmarks etc.
? Other assigned tasks

Requirement:
? Education within the area of Finance, Sourcing or Logistics;
? At least 3~5 years work experience within the main responsibility areas (in a Procurement working environment), preferably within an international company;
? Good English skill both in speaking and writing;
? Experience with and interest in working with ERP systems is a must;
? Outstanding communication skill between dept and functions;
? Detail-oriented, driven and self-motivated, and to be able to work under pressure and compressed deadlines
? Intensive experience in working with the Microsoft Office Suite, and in particular Excel 举报 分享
