Responsibility:
1. To be primarily responsible for the business development and market promotion of DESMI Gear pump and centrifugal pump in utility market for the territory of China;
2. Promote DESMI centrifugal pump and Rotan gear pump to OEM customer, end-users, design and research institutes, engineering companies and distributors;
3. Be DESMI’s main participant with Chinese District Heating Association;
4. To continually ensure that we are developing strong and productive relationships with customers wherever possible meeting their needs, creating a high degree of customer satisfaction;
5. To acquire a strong knowledge of the DESMI centrifugal pumps and gear pumps;
6. To gather, analyze and share market intelligence with management, which could lead to future business growth opportunities;
7. To prepare a monthly report highlighting the marketing & sales achievements in the served market segments and territory;
8. Give strong technical and commercial support to distributors, construction companies and end-users, offer engineered solutions and explain the complex concepts to stakeholder.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in thermal energy and dynamic engineering or mechanical engineering;
2. The willingness to travel regularly on company business;
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English;
4. Demonstrate experience, marketing & sales skills and proven track record within a similar product environment;
5. Good understanding and solid experience in district energy(district heating and cooling), CHP, HVAC, must have an active background within district heating/combined heat and power industry in China, ideally from selling pumps, boilers, heat exchangers or chillers to these industries;
6. Computer based skill such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;
7. Good leadership and team player, good communication and training skills.
