Requirement:

1.Undergraduate degree, majored in Mechanical engineering;
2.5~8 years purchasing/sourcing working experience;
3.Proven negotiation skills;
4.Independent, initiative and self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure and deadline;
5.Demonstrated commodity management and Project Management Skills;
6.Good analysis and problem-solving skills with high degree of responsibilities sense;
7.Strong verbal, written communication and excellent presentation skills;
8.Skillful at oral and written in English, PC skill and ERP system.

Responsibility:

1.Responsible for spend monitoring and reporting;
2.Take the lead in identifying the base line, set targets, develop plans and execute against these for cross functional goals in terms of logistics, quality and R/D;
3.Integrating, understanding and anticipating sourcing needs aligned with company goal;
4.Identification and development of alternative suppliers;
5.Manage projects to ensure successful delivery while establishing goals and accountabilities;
6.Develop project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks and develop contingency plans;
7.Arrange performance review with key suppliers to evaluate supplier performance for improvement;
8.Work closely with the Global Purchasing team to develop sourcing strategies, and other assigned tasks;
9.Contract implementation and management, category management;
10.Coordinate supply base reduction;
11.Other assigned tasks;
12.Group responsible for a certain category area like e.g. castings, motors, sealing;
13.Coordinate resources and competences in the team
14.Takes a chair role in the development of the category strategy
15.Prepare activities and plan meetings in the team
16.Prepare category strategy
17.Take responsibly for the execution and performance in the team
18.Working with R&D to assure right description and drawing for items purchased;
19.orking with quality to assure items/ sample approved;
