职责：

Responsibilities:

1.负责加工过程，设计夹具、量具，改善设备

Be reponsible for the machining process,design the fixture ,measuring implement ,improve the epuipment.
2.全面质量控制，查找失败的根源并提供改善的方案

Control the quality overall ,search original reason of the failure and provide project for improving.
3.开发并实施有效的加工说明和要求的加工控制文件

Exploit effective machining description and machining controlling document ,and put into effect.

4. 指定适合的设备来提高生产效率和质量

Arrange suitable equipment to increase production efficiency and quality.
5. 起草及定期更新设备说明书并保证设备运行良好

Draw up and update new equipment discription ,ensure equipment's in well operation
6.协助经理对于制造设备的维护

Assit machining manager to mainten the equipment

7.其他由经理交代的工作
Other issues allot by manager
要求：
1.大专以上，有8年以上铸件、机加工工作经验
Junior college or above ,eight years experience in foundry and machining .

2.有机械加工，数控车床，加工中心，铣床/磨床的工作经验

Have experience about machining center,digital machining lathe and millining machine
3.会FANUC系统，有日本Mazak机床操作经验者优先

Know well of FANUC system ,having experience of Japan Mazak are prefered
4.良好的分析和解决问题的能力，有高度的责任感

Strong ability in analyzing and solving problem and have highly-developed sense of responsibility
5.良好的沟通技巧和人际关系。有培训初级操作工或实习生的能力

Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships,

can train junior operators and interns.
6.独立，主动，能在压力下工作

Independent ,initiative,and can work under high presure.
7.英语口语，读写良好，会使用CAD和Pro-E

Fine English ability in speaking ,listening and writing ,know use CAD and Pro-E
