Position Main Responsibility：
Responsible for the product support and service for pump include startup / commissioning / trouble shooting and handover to client; Prepare all necessary documentations and assistance to sales team.
负责产品的技术支持和服务，包括启动/调试/故障排除和移交给客户;准备所有必要的文件并协助销售团队。
Main activities
1、Field service and technical support for customers.
为客户提供现场服务和技术支持。
2、Customer site service for equipment installation, commissioning, retrofit, overhaul, etc.
为客户提供设备安装、调试、改造、大修等现场服务。
3、Confirm and handover the on-site work with customer.
与客户进行现场工作的确认和交接。
4、Service Training including operation and maintenance to customers.
对客户进行服务培训，包括操作和维护。
5、Assist leader to coordinate daily work with customer and ensure final acceptance work of project.
协助领导协调与客户的日常工作，确保项目的最终验收工作。
6、Trouble shoot on equipment problems, check and affirm the problem, prepare found report or service report.
解决设备故障，检查和确认问题，准备发现报告或服务报告。
7、Reception of the claims from customers with prompt response, define, evaluate, measure, analysis the cause of the failure and coordination with action plan.
及时响应客户的索赔要求，定义、评估、测量、分析故障原因，并协调行动计划。
8、The inspection and repair of returned equipment when needed.
需要时对退货设备进行检查和维修。
9、Other tasks assigned by manager.
完成经理安排的其他任务。
Position Main Requirement
1、Education: Bachelor degree major in Mechanical or similar.
教育背景:本科学历，机械或相关专业。
2、Experience: Above 2-3 year’s experiences in pump design dept. or similar field, able to handle multiple tasks;
工作经验:2-3年以上水泵设计或相关领域工作经验，能同时处理多项工作;
3、Have Electrical experience is better.
有电气相关经验尤佳。
4、Communication capability in English both written and oral;
具备良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力;
5、Skills & knowledge: Good understanding of mechanical and hydraulic fundamentals. Superior coordinator and detail-oriented.
技能和知识:良好的机械和液压基础知识。上级协调，注重细节。
6、MS software including Word, Excel, etc.
熟悉办公软件。
