职位描述：
Responsibility
1. Manage quality & technical team to meet company needs and target, by using a variety of measures and management systems.
2. Support business development align with global strategy of growth.
3. Establishing and maintaining company's quality procedures, standards and specifications in documentation, which reviewed on a regular basis.
4. Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
5. Setting standards and specification for quality as well as health and safety.
6. Promoting and overseeing use of established best practices, policies, and procedures.
7. Periodically visits the customers together with sales to improve customer relationship.
8. Report to top management on the monthly performance of company, including the need for improvement.
9. Reporting and balancing the team's budget, and ensure to be within budget at all times.
10. Support and involve any quality /technical case and propose solution.
11. Develop and lead internal training program as job requirement, such as Poka yoke, Doe, SPC, FMEA, etc.
12. Actively participate in and lead Company’s continuous improvement projects.

Education & Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree with engineering background, major in mechanical or material is preferred.
2. Minimum 6 years experience in a quality/technical role with at least 4 years in a managerial position.
3. Good knowledge in ISO9001 and QS9000 or TS16494.
4. Experienced in customer complaint handling and customer communication.
5. Good knowledge of use of quality tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, etc.
6. Experience with lean manufacturing or six sigma certified would be an advantage.
7. Good command of English in both writing and oral.
8. Good computer literacy in English office environment.
