职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up the national or regional sales plan according to the company business strategy.
2. Lead and manage the national or regional sales teams to meet the sales target.
3. Responsible for national or regional sales team quota.
4. Can always develop the new customers and win the new deals.
5. Prepare the revenue forecast, track and manage the sale pipelines to meet or exceed the business target.
6. Co-work well with different division colleagues to get the deal.
Requirement:
1. More than 10-years retail solution business experiences, at least 5 years as the sales director or the sales manager experiences in the solution and software oriented company,
2. Bachelor degree is required for the major from computer science, electrical engineering and automatic control or related.
3. Abundant retail customers network and good relationship with industry the key decision makers.
4. Aggressive characteristics and can always reach the target within the difficult and complex situation,
5. Approved sales records and get some big deal before and can always lead the team to very advanced level.
6. Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills, Can always coordinate well with different division teams.
7. Creative and Analytic thinker and fast learner.
8. Fluent in English.
