职位描述：
Job responsibilities:

• Provide regional application support for business segment IRin Asia (Emitter, sensor, laser products)
• Manage customer programs through design in & applicationfor APAC: Optical/Thermal simulation, Electrical circuit proposal/analysis,etc.
• Training of Sales & FAE (internally + distribution)about IR products & applications.
• Prepare technical supporting materials (eg. ApplicationGuides, demonstrators, reference designs, knowledge modules,..)
• Actively drive new demand creation by developing newapplications, reference designs, mockups, prototypes and demos to promote andintroduce to the markets and customers.
• Address regional application requirements, make productproposals and invention proposals,
• Regional support of sales exhibitions, customers, vendorsand partners
• Coordinate with Customers, Marketing, Engineering andManufacturing to solve production and field problems
• Collect Benchmark information about competitionto IR & vis Laser products

Job requirements:

• Master or Bachelor degree, majored in General engineering,Electronics, Optics, Physics
• 3 years experience in semiconductor applicationsengineering / technical customer support opto electronics
• Technical experience on emitter/sensor/lasers is a plus.
• 2-3 years working experience in semiconductor area,with RD / optical / electrical experience.
• 1 year experience of managing customer design-inprojects if preferred
• Internationalexperience to have cross-culture cooperation.
