职位描述：
职责：
1. 负责公司业务平台与网络的日常维护和技术支持；
2. 负责公司业务平台与网络系统安全运行；
3. 桌面技术支持；
4. 管理网络/服务器/终端设备，以及设备内软件系统；
5. 配合软件研发环境部署及技术支持；
6. 其他公司分配的任务 。

技能要求：
1. 精通Windows 2003 Server/Windows 2008 Server/Windows 2012 Server操作系统，熟悉Windows 7/Windows 8，对操作系统的安装、配置和维护有丰富的工作经验；
2. 精通Active Directory以及Exchange Server/Barracuda的配置和管理；
3. 了解互联网上常见的服务，能熟练配置DNS、VPN、WEB等常见服务 ；
4. 熟悉TCP/IP网络，熟悉Cisco等路由器设置，能够对常见的网络设备进行操作维护；
5. 具有扎实的计算机硬件知识，熟练安装和维护计算机硬件设备；
6. 精通防火墙的配置、网络安全管理，具有多服务器管理经验；
7. 精通Hyper-V等虚拟机技术与管理；
8. 熟悉NLB和ARR技术；
9. 熟悉SQL 2012 数据库安装与备份
10. 具有灾备经验
11. 熟悉Windows Storage Server组建、备份和维护
12. 对系统良好的诊断能力和压力下的修复
13. 24X7候命和有需要时夜晚工作
14. 具有Linux经验优先；
15. 拥有MCSE证书优先；
16. 具有.net编程经验优先；
17. 三年以上相关工作经验；
18. 本科计算机或相关专业毕业；
19. 优秀的英文读写能力；
20. 有团队工作精神。
