职位描述：
工作内容：

1.出纳事项：报销凭证审核、支付；银行事务处理（转账、收付汇等）；对账。 Cashier includes: 1）check and reimburse ‘payment application‘, 2） bank business with cash withdrawing, internet payment, oversea remittance/receivables, 3） check the correctness of bank statements

2.账务处理：销售入账；ERP系统开票记录维护；凭证资料整理、归档。
Booking includes: 1） sales account booking, 2） output monthly VAT invoices from Kingdee to ERP system, 3） sales vouchers sorting and filing

3.发票事项：发票购买、开具、登记、归档；
Invoice: invoice purchase/issue/transfer/file.

4.报表事项：编制周AR表，及时更新、跟踪应收账款回收情况。
Reports: prepare weekly AR list and update in time, push salesmen to withdraw

5.进出口事项：更新进出口报关信息；及时维护外管系统的延期信息，监控指标；向外管提交所需资料；文档整理、归集。
Import&export: renew import&export declaration information, maintain import&export, paymnets&receivalbes delay in SAFE system in time, monitor the implement indexs； submit documents supported； sort and file.

6.审计：协助年度审计、税审。
Audit: prepare documents for annual auditing and enterprise income tax final settlement audit.

7.主管交办其他事项。
