职位描述：
从事第三方质量检验。接受客户委托，以独立第三方的角度出具诚实可靠的质量检验报告。检验主意要ISO2859的AQL检验为主。其他还包括中期检验，监柜，抽样的特殊检验。要求能够适应频繁出差。需要经常出差到厂家或者仓库进行检验。要求吃苦耐劳，诚实守信。英语读写良好，英语四级优先。有第三方检验检测经验优先。外贸公司从事质量工作有一定英语基础也可。公司提供良好的培训环境和薪资待遇。欢迎应届毕业生加入。工作流程如下：
1. Check out Inspection file and Verify the Content
Get received the inspection file.
Check the inspection content.

2. Visit the factory and find the contact person
Visit the factory in timely manner
Approach the contact person who have been assigned and stated on the requisition/application form
Find the factory in-charge if the contact person was not there
Record his/her name or through name card exchange

3. Inspection plan introduction and anti-bribery policy
conduct the “Inspection Plan Introduction” towards the contact person/assigned representative
explain our anti-bribery policy and request to sign stamp company chop.

4. Quantity check, draw sample and handling the samples
ask factory to submit the packing list (if available)
check whether the quantity of goods completed, report to the office if any discrepancy noted
draw and identify the sample as per the needs (e.g. sub-samples of a sample)
handle the inspection samples with care whenever they are under our responsibility

5. Equipment verification
verify the function and calibration status of equipment
call back if needed and functional and calibrated equipment was not available
record the testing equipment used in the inspection with all those function and calibration status

6. Inspection process
Conduct inspection regarding the work instructions, reference sample, client specification/manual. Generally the check points are:

quantity available
production description, style & colour
workmanship
data measurement / check
form of packaging
shipping marks


7. Defect verification
Explain to the contact person or the designated factory representative about all findings, which are generally categorized into the following items unless specified by Applicant.

critical nonconformity (defect)
major nonconformity (defect)
minor nonconformity (defect)
special attention
note

8. Complete the provision inspection report
draw the overall inspection results or conclusion for the inspection
request the contact person or factory representative to acknowledge the inspection results with signature and company chop on the Provisional Inspection Report with time proof
inform the contact person or factory representative to wait for applicant’s disposition of the shipment, if necessary

9. Posterior works
If necessary, draw production sample or item (including defect sample or testing sample) and prepare the draw sample record
Pack and preserve the samples to avoid damage during transportation
stamp the carton(s) that containing all of the inspected and passed samples with “UTS” chop or seal it/them with “UTS” gummed tape/sticker
Send back the Provisional Inspection Report and related information (e.g. instruction manual) by fax or e-mail to the office and the destination given from the “Requirement” work instruction

10. Follow up
Inspector should try their best to follow a telephone call to CSO/coordinator to make sure that the sent copy of preliminary result report is received clearly and completely
make necessary correction to the preliminary result report if requested by the Senior QA Engineer or above
explain those adjustment to the contact person or factory representative
