职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 组织、领导销售队伍完成销售目标，协调处理各类市场问题，处理客户投诉。
2. 配合公司完成大项目及跨区域项目的运作。
3. 编制销售月报，向上级领导汇报月度销售工作。
4. 执行公司营销策略并负责所辖区域市场开拓的策划。
5. 组织制定应收款回收计划并落实回收。
6. 直接参与重要客户的业务谈判及成交。
7. 审核所辖区域内的所有项目的信息报备，确保对市场容量有准确的认识。
8. 依据公司相关政策建立、维护和发展销售网络，负责代理商的开发、培训、评估和监督。
9. 协调渠道冲突。
10. 提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息报告。
11. 协调解决销售、安装、维保过程中碰到的各类问题，确保销售工作持续健康发展。
12. 对下属进行培训、指导，对下属的工作进行评价并协助制定和实施绩效改善计划。
13. 领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历；
2.熟悉XIOTIS产品知识、有过销售管理和市场管理工作经验；
3.熟练使用办公软件，受过市场营销、产品知识等方面的培训；
4.良好的沟通技巧和说服能力，能承受较大的工作压力；
5.坦诚自信，乐观进取，高度的工作热情；有良好的团队合作精神，有敬业精神；具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力。 举报 分享
