职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. In-depth understanding the local market, channels and customer & trade landscape. Work closely with regional sales team to collect market intelligence, trade request, and sales data.
2. Develop and implement FJ trade marketing plan & promotional activities to drive sales and meet specific regional needs; implement agreed promotions in FJ to optimize brand awareness, sales (volume & value), and market share.
3. Lead to deploy and monitor the execution of trade and consumer promotion; Work together with the regional sales team for program to drive trade and consumers volume and value and in charge of promotion materials ordering, production, distribution and control.
4. Provide promotion evaluation reports of all key promotional activities and recommendations for improvement regarding promotion mechanics, execution, cost, resources, etc.
5. Support Marketing Director & Regional Manager in regular and/or ad-hoc analysis & reports for the promotional activities.
6. Control and manage Trade Marketing budget and track on a monthly basis

Location: Xiamen

Requirements:
1.University degree
2.Fluent in English & Mandarin (Fujian local dialect is an advantage)
3. 5-7 years of working experience in Marketing or Sales function in multi-national companies, with solid Trade Marketing background inclusive of at least 3 years trade marketing experience
4. Hands on experience to manage & monitor event & promotions executions
5. Proven project management skills; good analytical insight
6. Both in-house and Agency background is a plus
7. Good sense of luxury or premium brands (preferred); Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage industry (preferred)
8. Team work spirit, effective in communication with manager internal / external and co-workers and trade / supplier / agency partners
9. Self-motivator & passionate personality
10. Good interpersonal skills
11. Business sense and ability to drive results
12. Ability to multi-tasks and attention to details
