职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Huawei staff to prepare all relative doc per huawei’s request and submit payment document to huawei in time following with instruction.
- Be a good channel and Coordinate daily operation between huawei and Shenzhen office.
- Monitor and arrange daily trucking arrangement, daily report update into website.
- Attend huawei training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
-Follow team leader and company management’s instruction
工作职责:
1.依据华为基地物流部的订单需求,及时提前通知我司相关同事给予舱位的确认和预定
2.配合华为公司做好出货前的报关/商检/出到货通知等相关单据的制作,并每天按时提供货物更新的报告.
3.对于某些大项目,紧急出口但没有协议价格的,及时联系相关同事给予相关跟进,以配合好其出货.
4.按照华为公司财务结算的要求,准确提供相关的结算单据,确保运费的及时结算.
5.作为华为驻厂专员,积极配合华为公司完成运输的同时,也很好的将相关建议和要求传递给公司
Requirements:
- College Degree or above, 2 years or above of working experience as a Airfreight/Seafreight Operation/Document in a multi-national forwarder
- Mandarin and English language proficiency
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
