职位描述：
Archibat Asia is looking for a China Operational Director for a European store fixture manufacturer. They design, produce and implement physical store environments and seamlessly connect them with digital brand experiences.

Work Location: Xiamen/Shanghai

Responsibilities:

1. You will be leading the team
a. You will develop and train the Operations team, strategically grow and expand capabilities of the team to support the Business strategies in the region. We expect you to have experience with building and managing high performance teams and leadership skills and competences.
b. You are a leader with good communication skills and ability to inspire people, you are able to pass on acquired knowledge, share information and grow future leadership of the company.

2. You will be developing Operations in the region
a. Within this position, you will be responsible for coordinating regional Operations units such as Warehouse, Assembly, Supply Chain, Quality Control and Logistics. You will be overseeing internal processes, designing and implementing necessary changes in order to optimize functioning of our Operations and introducing new ways of doing things.
b. You are a professional with thorough understanding of processes and ability to work on finding solutions and putting them into practice together with your team.

3. You will be defining strategies
a. You will be participating in the strategic decision making and will be responsible for bringing solutions to tackle challenges presented by business units aimed at improving Clients’ experience with the company.
b. Within each department, clear strategy should be formulated and followed with participation of the team on developing the strategy.
c. You have the ability to think in broader context, to analyze connections and relationships and bring them together to a well thought result.

4. You will drive things forward
a. In all fields that you are responsible for, you will strive for constant improvement. You will work on making things smarter, more integrated and easier to use mainly for the employees.
b. You welcome change and development is a part of your daily vocabulary.

Requirements:

Experience:
- 5 years or above of experience in a similar position is a must
- Bachelors degree , Masters degree is a benefit
- Foreign study or work experience is a benefit

Software:
- MS Office

Languages:
- English – fluent level required for daily written and verbal communication

Personality traits:
- Open, Honest and Direct
- Stress resistant and able to focus under time pressure
- Empathetic and social person for daily interaction with many people
- Ability to multi-task many things at once without loosing focus and control
- Perfectionist with a high level of attention to detail
