HSBC Operations, Services and Technology (HOST)

HSBC Operations, Services and Technology is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. HOST combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- To verify customer reporting data and chase outstanding items to ensure BOP reporting quality requested by SAFE;

- To upload daily BOP reporting data to SAFE timely and to review all the electronic notice from SAFE to avoid any implementation delay;

- To prepare various returns within time frame in accordance with regulatory requirements;

-Upload A, B, O, Q files daily via SAFE website and monitor the error data and make amendments in due course;

-To conduct increasing regulatory and governmental focus on the detection of Money Laundering (ML) activities, Global Policy and Principles as well as applicable regulations requirements to monitor customer transactions to identify suspicious or unusual transactions or transaction patterns. Coordinate the local AML investigation and feedback to CNQ;

- To maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of occurring.

-Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.

Qualifications

- Fluent spoken English;

- High sense of responsibility.
