1. Lead the promotion activities at assigned customer,like seminars etc.
2. Drive demand creation activities at customers. Own customer relationships and lead communication at all levels to build strategic account partnership. Clear sales strategy to assigned customers.
3. Working hard and independently. Rationally coordinate and take advantage of resources in different region.
4. Responsible for entire commercial negotiation by working with related distributors and supporting teams. Interface with product marketing and AE department to drive more business.

岗位要求：
1. Min. 3 years key account sales experiences in MNC semi-conductor company;
2. Familiar with VMI process, logistics, order fulfillment & payment management etc;
3. Constructural thinking. Clear customer developing plan;
4. With clear idea that what you need for customers. Provide clear suggestions to BU how to resolve existing or potential problems.
5. Lighting or LED industries sales, distributor management experience is a plus;
