职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Understand business and product requirement
- Collaborate with US and Local design teams, product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for visuals and user experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineers
- Create and optimize wireframes, user flows, process flows, mockups, specifications and assets, and effectively communicate your design ideas using any of these methods
- Provide user friendly design
- Present your designs to US and Local stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines and standards. All your design should be based on the overall design guideline.

Requirements
- 4 years+ professional software UI design experience, enterprise product experience is plus
- Solid experience and demonstrated ability in creating superior, original wireframe, user flows, mockups and assets
- Solid experience in using design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and InVision
- Demonstrated design style and conceptual skills, including an understanding of usability best practices
- (plus) Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Ability to read and analyze product requirements
- Ability to present your designs and present your solutions to various stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- (plus) Experience working in an scrum development process
- Passionate with UI/UX design; Detail oriented; Open mind with different opinions and active to continuously learn and improve
