Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1.Use electronic design software to complete circuit routing, schematics, layout and testing design base on
the input from customer. Release design package could be used by out-source PCBA or Flex PCBA supplier for
manufacturing.
2.Perform 3D/2D mechanical design using industry standard design tools.
3.Work with customer and internal design teams to integrate the electronic component designs into devices.
4.Understand and work within mechanical & optical constraints determined by customers' designs.
5.Communicate with manufacturing and other personnel to prepare design modifications as required. Coordinate
prototype and 1st article runs.
6.Effectively communicate with vendors, customers, quality, sales and other departments.
7.Evaluate material problems and recommend alternate materials for use in the product design.
8.Confer with producers of materials and electronic components such as LEDs, connectors, metals, adhesives
during investigation and evaluation of materials suitable for specific product applications.
9.Assist in transitioning products from engineering into manufacturing and helping with process engineering where needed.
10.Attend team meetings; maintain timelines and follow- up to insure timely product introductions. Perform
duties and process paperwork as directed by Engineering, Quality and others.
11.Comply with and generate company procedures and work instructions as required to ensure departmental
compliance with current quality standards.

Qualifications ＆ Skills
＆BS （Electronic, Mechanical Engineering） and 3-5 years related engineering design experience, such as PCBA design, membrane, or similar.
＆Minimum of 1 year using electronic design software, such as ProTel / Altium, Cadence Concept / Allegro, Orcad / Orcad Layout, Memtor PADS.
＆Practical experience using associated instrumentation.
＆Prototype electrical circuit design.
＆Experience in product design and engineering change systems required.
＆Has ability of using essential function of 3D design software, such as ProE, Solidworks or similar
＆Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data sheets technical procedures, engineering drawings and government regulations.
＆Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedures and engineering documents.
＆Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
＆Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, as well as geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
＆Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several abstract and concrete variables.
＆Must be willing to travel as required.
＆Proficient language skill in Chinese ＆ English.

Preferred experience
＆High volume mass production processes such a molding, printing, stamping, die-cutting.
＆Computational tools such as Matlab, Mathematica or MathCad are an advantage.
