KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Compensation & Benefits:
? Ensuring monthly payroll calculation timely and accurate, and in accordance with the legal requirements.
? Maintains payroll information, directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
? Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
? Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
? Provide C&B relative services, including social insurance, Benefits Administration, C&B data maintenance, tax reporting, etc.
? Participate in annual budgeting process, performance appraisal review exercise and other compensation related programs.
? Deliver timely and accurate C&B related Reports and Analysis.
Recruitment:
? Coordinate staff recruitment process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
? Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents.
? Prepare related recruitment issues, including recruitment application, employment confirmation letter, offer letter, etc.
Training:
? Conducting employee orientation and facilitating new employee joining formalities.
? Schedule & Provide support to training activities according to employees’ training needs.
Employment Relationship:
? Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
? Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
? Maintaining and regularly updating the employee information in HRMS system.
? Preparing all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees.
? Support corporate events such as company’s dinner, corporate trip, etc.
? Support manager to finish the People Relation Program.
Other HR Admin Management:
? Assist expatriate employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters, to visa/work permit matters.
? Assist on Branch Admin Issues.
Other job tasks assigned by line manager.
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:
? College Degree or above
? Mandarin and English language proficiency
? Computer literate
? 3 years above of relating work experience in HR field
? Smart with HR functions and be sensitive to data & figures
? Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties and willing to work under pressure
? HR, Law and tax knowledge
? Able to handle confidential information appropriately
