岗位职责：
主要负责商场水、电、空调、电梯等日常设备的运营维护与保养


任职要求：
初中以上学历，持有高压证或电梯操作、制冷设备维护相关证件；
3年以上水电维护经验，熟悉购物中心或者大型物业（水、电、空调、电梯）等操作流程与技术；
为人踏实认真，能吃苦。

Tesco, one of the world's largest retailers, has embarked on a significant roll out of sub-regional shopping centres within China. We have 6 open centres, 14 under construction and a development strategy aiming to open at least 10 new centres per year. Based in Beijing we operate in 11 provinces in the coastal area of China. Due to our continuing rapid growth we have a range of exciting and challenging new opportunities. We are looking for candidates with high calibre developed market expertise and an ability to adapt this to a developing market, whilst mentoring and developing local talent.
