职能描述

H&M的行政收银主管工作有很多职责,同时也有很多乐趣.你的工作包括:

· 在销售部门,试衣间和收银台提供出色的顾客服务,达到销售最大化

· 完成和确保当天,一周和一个月的现金办公室的现金操作和安全流程

· 完成所有工时的计算.完成打折工作,并且确保所有的店铺管理团队对折扣清单和服装操作的流程都正确.订制收银台和现金办公室所有的工具

· 通知,培训和更新所有和员工相关的关于收银台和店铺的所有规章制度

· 身体力行,你是一个大家的榜样

CASH OFFICE RESPONSIBLE

Are you ready to put your organization and structured communication skill to cash and admin management daily tasks?

Find your place in a fast moving environment where you are responsible for the day to day organization of the cash office. We are offering a job where every day is an adventure, where only you set the limits to your career possibilities, and where your personal growth and development is just as important as our business.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Cash Office Responsible comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

· Provide excellent customer service to maximise sales on the store floor, in the fitting rooms and at the cash desk

· Complete and ensure all daily, weekly and monthly cash office and security routines concerning money handling

· Complete all hour / payroll calculations. Complete zero reductions and ensure together with store management that BORE and garment transfer routines are handled correctly. Order supply material for office and cash desk.

· Inform, train and update all employees on cash point procedures and relevant shop routines.

· Set an example for your team and act as a role model
