Purpose of the position:
Operational implementation, program management and closer development of customer relationships as well as formulation & implementation of supply-chain environment.

Key Tasks:
? Focus on driving implementation & operational process
? Run statistical reports and maintain data for customers and Corporate Key Accounts and drive data analysis independently
? Support local project team / OPS in their relationship with the clients, drive OPS to follow up customer requirement
? Analysis of problems & drive trouble shooting with customer by working together with OPS
? Drive preparation of SOP, process set up and other documents to be executed by the KAM team and take care of a smooth hand over process to existing interfaces. (Operations, Finance)
? Drive payment process and billing activities with internal team and customer
? Regularly review of processes to identify & execute improvements and initiatives
? Support Country Industry Vertical Key Account Manager

? Analytical skills to collect, measure, display data. Improvement of data quality as long-term perspective
? Strong interpersonal & communication skills; capable of creating reports, letters, documentation, SOPs, etc.
? Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and completely – focus on finding solutions

Language skills:
? Fluent in English plus “Chinese, Mandarin”
? Cantonese is preferable
