职位描述

Job: Technical Service Support Manager
1、Mechanical background and bachelor degrees are needed.
2、At least 5 years’ experience in the TS position in same industry or
3、Team management skill and be good at English

1.As technical windows in for any of request from customer regarding product, testing protocol, technical service etc.
2.Select properly products to match customer’s application.
3.Formalize the testing procedure, train lab technician and implementation
4.Answer/report customers’ technical questions.
5.Make competitor’s product analyze, make reports and further development solution
6.Build a sample room and lead a sample team to prompt react any of customer sample requests.
7.Maintain existing product drawings and specification
8.Train a people to be a good filling engineer and provide good on site filling support or filling solution
9.Finish the other assigned work by directly manager in time.
10.Key role in product development and new project on the validation support side
11.Master date management like BOM, routing, work center maintain and updating etc.
12.Build a channel between Suzhou TS team and equivalent teams in different sites in group
