Main Accountabilities
1.On site safety status checking and confirmation for service engineers.
对售后服务现场安全状况的检查和确认
2.400 hotline pick up and transfer. Handle complaints promptly and efficiently, taking the necessary action, and informing the managers to follow up, where appropriate. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with problem resolution.
400客户热线接听与转接。遇到客户投诉时采取必要行动，及时有效地处理顾客不满，适当的时候告知经理。回访客户，确保客户对解决方案满意。
3.Customer satisfaction investigation. Quality issue report preparation.
客户满意度调查，对发生的质量问题形成报告、分析、改进。
4.Equipment management, includes coordination, maintenance, equipment usage/requirements statistics and analysis,
仪器设备管理，包括设备协调和维修, 设备需求和利用率的分析
5.Equipment measurement.
仪器设备的计量和校验

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1.Bachelor degree. 本科毕业
2.2 years or above working experience. >2年相关工作经验
3.Good communication skills, problem solving skills. 良好的沟通能力，问题处理能力
4.Good language ability in Chinese and English. 良好的中英文表达能力
5.Familiar with computer office system and software熟练使用办公软件
6.Have passions and a sense of responsibility, good attitude and service consciousness. 对工作有热情，有良好的工作态度及服务意识
