The current credit controller is a specialist mainly focusing on the monitoring and checking overdue or ovrerlimit customers and advising FC/MD on credit related issues. The current position is not supervisoring the AR team and not covering internal controls of AR process.
The new recruitment is targeted to lead the AR team of 4 staff and cover the overall controlling of AR process. In future, the credit controller is also expected to cover greater China business (including HK FOB) when Orbit system go live in China and a centeralised team is available in China.
In addition, the daily credit operation to support Operations including:
- Regularly summarized and analysis stores credit reports.
- Double check aging report of credit customer and receivables.
- Double check credit customer information and agreement.
- Block, re-open credit control according to credit policy.
- Coordinate with third party to provide stores rating reports on time and help stores to make judgment.
- Assign collection of delinquent accounts to 3rd party collector.
- Good teamwork spirit and finish assigned jobs.
- Support finance manager on related projects.
