Job Description
· Communicate and build trust with customers, manage customer expectations, address customer issues/concerns
· Ability to transform business knowledge into technical details
· Ability to write functional specifications and requirements specification
· Understand development processes and structure for website/mobile applications
· Experiences with software development life cycles, especially Agile development methodology
· Participate UAT activities if required
· Apply Fidelity quality control process to daily work
· Ensure adherence to change management processes and assist in facilitating the ongoing review and enhancement of these processes
· Be able to back up of other resources in terms of technical skills and business knowledge
· Work on other areas if required
Job Requirements
· Essential skills
· Bachelor degree in Languages or computing science related majors
· 3 years working experience in business/system analysis
· Strong language skill in English.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Interpersonal skills Team work spirits
· Experience & good understanding of full development life cycle
· Mutual Fund related background
