Responsibilities:

1.Prepare project organizational chart, project plan and milestone schedule.
2.Assist in the review of project technical specifications and delivery requirements.
3.Coordinate project review meetings with customers and other related functional departments as requested.
4.Coordinate with external customers and internal team members involved in project (commercial, engineering, procurement, quality, fabrication, logistics, etc.) as requested.
5.Facilitate the creation of a quality plan together with the Project Manager and Quality and a cost control plan together with the Project Manager and Procurement.
6.Support project team members in the execution of the project, drive for actions, and manage resources accordingly.
7.Monitor and report on project progress to both the Project Manager and internal management.
8.Facilitate project auditing and close-out meeting, and contribute to best-practice-sharing and lesson-learned to the related business lines.
9.Coordinate the preparing of project risk control plan.
10.Partner with Project Manager to resolve conflicts and obtain resources for projects.
11.Perform any other relevant tasks and duties as assigned.


Qualifications/ Requirements:

Requirements: (must have)
- Proven ability to work with/on cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Proactive and result oriented.
- Fluent in Chinese and English.

Requirements: (preferable)
- Bachelor degree in engineering or business management, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or related field.
- Experience in heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
