Main goals

Provide general office administration service and maintain work environment
Handle telephone inquiries and provide information on relevant documents Tax Invoice, Tax Refund, OBL, HBL
Assist on HR affairs if need

Main responsibilities

Provide general office administration services e.g. receive telephone calls and guests; hotel & tickets booking; meeting room/business car arrangement, dispatch letters & newspapers etc.)
Back up office-based central administration services
Record and send out the seaway bills, Tax Invoice, Tax Refund and other documents to clients, answer the inquiries from the clients on the status of these documents
Assist on maintenance of office facilities & supplies if need
Arrange/coordinate company activities such as year-end dinner, outing, etc.
Arrange the payment for office related expense, e.g. train/air ticket, water, coffee, express etc.
Handle the sudden incidents instantly (Admin matters)
Assist on HR affairs if need
Other Job Tasks assigned by line Manager

Requirement

College Degree or above
Good English both in spoken and written
Polite attitude and mature character
Good communication skills and be able to work under pressure
Proficient with MS office software
