The main responsibilities are:
1. Install and configure Windows Operating Systems and widely-used Microsoft client products.
2. Provide desktop support for terminal users, including daily maintenance and troubleshooting.
3. Configure and troubleshoot mailing clients such as Lotus Notes / Outlook, etc.
4. Install, configure and troubleshoot IT-related peripheral equipments.
5. Remotely assist users based in foreign countries.

Qualifications:
1. 1+ years working experiences in IT infrastructure technical support related jobs.
2. Fluent in both oral and written English.
3. Knowledge of common hardware （e.g. Desktop computer and accessories）
4. Knowledge of common platforms （e.g. Windows XP, Windows 7 ）
5. Knowledge of office applications specially Microsoft Excel.
6. Able to work independently .
7. Good inter-personal skills .
8. Good communications skills .
9. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
10. Performance driven . Cross-culture awareness.
11. Ability to handle highly confidential situations.
12. High sense of responsibility .
