Resposibilities岗位职责:
1.Achieve company's annual sales target of the spares& maintenance with after sales and marketing, pricing and product strategies.
负责公司备品备件及大修的年度销售任务，使其符合市场、价格及产品战略。
2.To look for the marketing opportunity of spare parts, service and retrofit
负责寻找备件、服务和改造的销售商机
3.Assist the function head to develop the after market strategic plan.
协助部门经理建立公司售后市场战略计划
4.In charge of negotiating and signing the contract with customer
负责合同谈判和合同签订
5.Assist and prepare annual budget & update the forecast of the whole after sales market.
协助制定年度预算及售后市场预测。
6.Communicate with customers, establish a good business relationship with them
负责与客户联系，建立良好的业务关系
7.In charge of related HSE/BOS responsibility of this position.
负责本岗位在HSE、BOS体系中的有关职责..
8.Finishing the other work required by leader
完成领导要求的其它工作

Qualifications任职要求:
1.With relevant science major in electronic automated or business etc.
电气自动化或商务类相关专业本科以上学历
2.Have more than 5 years relevant work experience and 2 more years' management experience in same trade is priority
5年以上相关工作经验,2年以上本行业工作经验优先
3.Have good personnel relationships, ability of communication, team spirit and is active and initiative in work with good judgment. With strongest enterprise.
良好的人际关系、沟通能力和团队精神，工作积极主动，并有良好的判断力;有强烈的进取心
4.Excellent English ability of listening, speaking and writing
