Job responsibilities岗位职责：

1. Completes the design task on time which assigned by Senior Design Manager
按时、按质完成资深设计经理分配的方案设计任务

2. Performs necessary drafting work for projects
执行项目所必需的绘图工作

3. Participates in the discussion and implementation of projects;
参与创新方案的讨论和实施

4. Communicates with clients in negotiation, project promotion, improve clients' satisfactory
level and enhance our competitiveness
与外部客户的谈判沟通，方案推广，提高客户满意度，提高我司行业竞争率

5. To be able to assist on site with project manager
协助项目经理

6. Plans subordinates' job responsibilities and assigns tasks to them to ensure jobs complete in an
efficient manner
规划部属工作职责，明确部属的工作任务，以确保最高效率的工作进度

7. Trains subordinates in their work ability and improves their job skill
培养部属的工作能力，提高部属的工作技能

8. Completes any tasks that are assigned by superior
完成上级交派的其他任务

Requirements资格
Bachelor's degree / diploma with major course work in interior design, interior architecture
室内设计/室内建筑专业课程本科/大专

3-5 years of related experience in commercial & retail design works
3-5年的商业零售设计相关工作经验

Strong knowledge in concepts and detailing
拥有强的详细设计概念知识

Proficient in Max 3D Studios, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other design related software
精通3DMax , AutoCAD, 图像处理软件及其他相关设计软件

Possess good interpersonal skills
具备良好的人际交往能力

Able to converse in English and Chinese with clients and subordinates
能用英语和汉语与客户和团队成员沟通
