Main Responsibilities职责内容
? Manage alliance relationships assigned, including internal and external communication, problem solving, escalation, and contract change management;
? handle contract management for each relationship;
? actively participate in discussions regarding future strategic alliance needs and objectives for the organization;
? actively participate in contract negotiations and in drafting contract documents and exhibits;
? field questions from the alliance partner and internal groups within OnStar regarding alliance relationships, on topics such as product, accounting, IT, marketing, business development and public relations, gather necessary information to respond to these questions;
? develop and monitor relationship plans to achieve internal and partnership objectives associated with each relationship;
? create (and update as necessary) summaries of alliance objectives and metrics for distribution to other groups internally and inform the appropriate individuals of rights, obligations and deadlines;
? follow up with appropriate individuals internally to ensure best practices are followed and obligations are met (e.g. monitoring of payments, technical implementations, performance and service use reports);
? communicate progress and changes in the relationships to all relevant parties, including supplying ongoing status reports to management.
? quickly obtain a sound grasp of the OnStar business model and a strong understanding of the fundamental mission of each contract;
? field questions from the alliance partner arising out of the contractual undertakings, implementation of the relationship, and interactions with other groups within OnStar;
? support accurate and ample communication between OnStar and alliance partners and act as an ambassador for OnStar;
? create (and update as necessary) summaries of alliance contracts for distribution to other groups within OnStar to inform the appropriate individuals of rights, obligations and deadlines;
? follow up with appropriate individuals within OnStar to ensure contractual rights are enforced and obligations are met (e.g. monitoring of payments, technical implementations, performance and service use reports);
? manage several relationships simultaneously.

? 生成战略联盟任务摘要并按需要更新,生成内部分发列表,并告知其个人权利,职责及期限;
? 项目跟踪,确保工作高效最优开展,人尽其责(比如监控付款, 技术上的落实, 绩效和服务使用报告);
? 与所有合作伙伴沟通联盟的进展和变化,包括对管理团队提供实时状态的报告.
? 能够快速理解OnStar的业务模式并且深刻理解每个合同的基本原则;
? 收集联盟合作伙伴在合同理解和实施方面的问题,以及Onstar内部部门合作的问题;
? 充当OnStar项目的大使形象,在OnStar和联盟伙伴间提供充足准确的交流机会;
? 生成联盟合同摘要并按需要更新,并制定分发列表给OnStar 内其它部门,并告知个人权利,职责及完成时间;
? 项目跟踪,确保OnStar 项目内成员正确行使合同的权利及承担合同中的职责(比如监控付款, 技术上的落实, 绩效和服务使用报告);
? 同时管理数个联盟关系;
