Main responsibilities:

Daily Accounting Receivable & Reconciliation

1. In charge of local AR clients and reconciliation.
2. Send out statement of account and invoice copy to Local client
3. Confirm the receipt from HSBC, BOC and H&T collection
4. Reconciliation for tax Invoice and Pegasus invoice
5. Collect and follow up local accounts receivable.
6. Coordinate with credit controller to finish bi-weekly aged analysis report to BU manager and follow up with Sales and Operation team.
7. Take necessary action and seek support to push for doubtful accounts receivable.
8. Verification of invoices and credit notes to ensure all of them are printed out and approved.
9. Check for unallocated receipts
10. Other assigned tasks

Voucher preparation:

1. Prepare and key in voucher for all bank receipt voucher.
2. Finish Local AR allocation in the Sun System.

Local Customer Management:

1. Maintain the local credit agreement with customers.
2. Update C/A for customer account and mapping in Pegasus system.
3. Build up N/A information database for customer
4. Update the CA once received the approval of Credit term/limits from MGM.
5. Keep filing for new clients A/C and credit application form.
6. Other assigned tasks


Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in relevant discipline with good English, CET 6 is preferred
- 3 years or above of accounting experience, preferably in AP & AR & Credit control
- Solid experience in finance, accounting and credit control, familiar with accounting regulations, PRC GAAP, understanding of legal process and alternative collection avenues available
- Good command of PC skills, open-minded and excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills, be familiar with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- CPA/ACCA is preferred
